SEARCH-SEC.COM INC. is pleased to offer custom data feeds. Custom data feeds can provide access and event visibility for important filing events with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Insider Trading

Custom data feeds can be built from EDGAR filings to customer specifications for periodic download as simple text files or using web services. Reports may be keyed by tickers, central index keys, SIC code, state, zip code, city and other data elements. Annual and Quarterly report header data such as period covered can also be included. Data feeds can provide links to actual SEC filings.

Search-SEC.Com is pleased to announce that we now provide enhanced access to insider trading data. Insider trading data is now available within three business days of the trade. Some data included in the insider trading report includes the insider reporting the trade, the date of the trade, the security traded, the dollar amount of the trade, the price of the security and the number of shares. Links are also provided so you may view all insider filings made by the reporting person.

Once you have selected a company, click on the "htm" link next to the related form 4 and page down to select an HTML or XML document containing the insider trading data.

A SC 13D discloses ownership of registered equity securities. Any person or group of persons who acquires more than 5% of a class of registered equity securities of certain issuers must file a Schedule 13D reporting such acquisition together within ten days after the acquisition.
