Daily, and weekly reports break down SEC filings by the form type, allowing the investor or analyst to look for specific types of filing actions such as insider trading, annual reports, quarterly reports, merger and aquisition filings, current reports and tender offers. Search-sec.com checks for new index data from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) each day. The SEC makes new data available approximately two business days after a company has filed with the SEC. Any new data is imported to the Search-sec.com database. The database includes over three million rows of data going back as far back as 1994.
